The shampoo leaves the coat feeling clean to the skin and the conditioner moisturizes the hair so much. My poodles hair has perfect curls before I bathe her. These also REALLY prevent and help with matting. My girl is an active show dog and even going 14 days with no bath there were no matts or painful to brush through tangles. Brushing between baths is now a dream. If you're a fan of poodles natural hair texture I'd get this, if you like the softer salon feel this may not be for you. I love how much you can dilute this product out (as per label). If you can afford this, I'd go for it!
The shampoo and cream rinse made his coat great!
When I recieved my package one of the bottles had leaked and was a very sticky mess all over the box. When I tried to contact the company I got absolutely no response. I do really like the product but the customer service is not good at all.

I love the conditioner, but the pump does not work for it ,so it’s hard for me to get this out. I like the shampoo, and so far for all but one of my dogs it was great .for the one it was not great for was a very curly coated big doodle did not seem to get a clean enough result.
I groom so many doodles and this shampoo and conditioner is such a game changer and a life saver! Not only do they stay smelling good, they’re tangle free, soft and just overall an outstanding look and feel on their coat! A little goes a long way! All my pet parents have been sooo happy with the quality and outcome!!
