Easy & Hassle-Free Returns

At Doglyness, your satisfaction matters. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process. You may return eligible Doglyness products within 30 days of delivery. We are happy to cover the return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following requirements:

  • Unused & Unopened Products
    Products must be returned in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and sealed in their original packaging, including the outer cardboard box.
    For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

  • Secure Packaging
    Please use appropriate cardboard packaging to protect the item(s) during transit. This helps prevent damage while the return is on its way back to us.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued—for example, if items are returned damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition due to reasons not related to our error.

Damages, Loss & Delivery Issues

All Doglyness products are securely sealed and carefully packed to ensure safe transport. Once your order leaves our warehouse, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.

While we cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit or after delivery, we are here to support you.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please keep the shipping box, product(s), and all packaging materials

  • Take clear photos of the damage

  • Contact us at info@doglyness.com within 5 business days of delivery

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we recommend submitting a claim directly with the courier. If the issue remains unresolved, feel free to reach out to us after the claim process—we’ll do our best to assist further.

Warranty

Doglyway d.o.o. provides a one-year warranty covering material or production defects. Each case is individually assessed to determine the cause of the issue. Please note that damage resulting from improper use is not covered under this warranty.
