If, for any reason, you're not content with your purchase, we've streamlined our return process to make it easy and straightforward. You have the option to return your Doglyness product(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we're happy to cover the return shipping costs.

To ensure a seamless return experience, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • Unused and Undamaged: The products must be returned in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and within the original cardboard outer packaging. The packaging should remain sealed and unopened. Unfortunately, returns that don't meet these criteria cannot be accepted due to health protection and hygiene reasons, and refunds won't be issued.
  • Secure Packaging: Select an appropriate cardboard shipping box to safeguard the item(s) during transit. Adequate packaging helps prevent damage during the return journey.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Following processing, we'll initiate a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. You can expect the refunded amount to appear in your original payment form within 3-5 business days.

Keep in mind that specific items are excluded from returns. We don't accept returns for items on sale or gift cards. To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

In certain scenarios, partial refunds may be granted. This applies to items not in their original condition, those damaged, or with missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error.

Addressing Damages, Loss, and Theft: Our Assurance and Support

Once your package departs from our warehouse, the responsibility for its safe delivery shifts to the shipping carrier. It's important to note that each product is meticulously protected with a secure protective seal on the cap to prevent leaking. Moreover, the entire shipping box is thoughtfully cushioned with interior filling, ensuring a safeguarded journey for your items.

We want to emphasize that we cannot be held accountable for packages that encounter damage, loss, or theft during transit or upon reaching their destination.

In such unfortunate situations, we suggest initiating a claim through the courier's website. If the claim doesn't yield a satisfactory solution, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@doglyness.com after completing the claim process. If your Doglyness package arrives damaged due to shipping, it's vital to keep the shipping box, the Doglyness products, and the outer white cardboard packaging. To streamline the resolution process, kindly take pictures of the damaged items and send them to/contact our customer service at info@doglyness.com within 5 business days. Our dedicated team is fully committed to helping you navigate this situation smoothly.


Doglyness International GmbH offers a one-year warranty for material faults resulting from production issues in our products. Each product undergoes individual inspection to determine the cause of any damage. However, please note that damages resulting from improper usage are not covered under this warranty.
