All Doglyness orders are shipped securely from Croatia using tracked delivery services. Depending on your location, we ship with DHL, FedEx Express, UPS or DPD, selecting the carrier we have the best experience with for reliable delivery to your region.
To ensure the smoothest and most efficient delivery, we choose the shipping provider on your behalf based on destination and performance. If you have a preferred courier or wish to use your own shipping account, please contact us at info@doglyness.combefore placing your order, and we’ll be happy to assist where possible. We work exclusively with trusted carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical address, along with an email address and phone number, to ensure smooth delivery.

Orders shipped to hotels or other temporary locations are not eligible for rerouting, pickup, or refunds once dispatched.

Once an order has been placed, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

Import duties and taxes for destinations outside the EU are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Doglyness ships on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Doglyness cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities, nor for any related fees or refunds.
Damages, Loss & Delivery Issues
All Doglyness products are carefully sealed and securely packaged to ensure safe transit. Once an order leaves our warehouse, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.
In the rare event of damage, loss, or theft during transit, we recommend initiating a claim directly with the courier. If additional assistance is needed after completing the claim process, please contact us at info@doglyness.com.
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us within 5 business days, including photos of the damage, so we can assist you promptly.
