Absolutely love this shampoo, my pup has very sensitive skin and I haven't seen any flare ups since using this product
It’s almost a year since i start to use Doglyness products. Last time i bought all things set cause I completly run out with everything and i was curious to try also the brush.
They are not cheap products but they TOTALLY WORTH IT! ❤️
Coat grows, grows, and grows on my medium sized poodle. Unbelivable! Even the breeder were amazed!
And bursta are the perfect brush, the best i ever tried expecially n.8 it will be mine forever must have.
Alison is always avaible to help by email, to suggest how to not waste products and use them at them best, and the founder share looots of tips in her IG.

I had bought Immortal shampoo and conditioner, wasn't happy with it on first use and wrote a not so great review. Doglyness contacted me and offered suggestions on how to use it better. To offer some helpful information before addressing your concerns, we'd like to assure you that all of our shampoos and conditioners are highly concentrated and do require dilution with water to work their best - using our products straight from the bottle or at the wrong dilution can provide unexpected results. As this is a recent purchase for you and you are likely to have much of it left, we would be happy to help figure out what could be going wrong and hopefully help you achieve your desired results.
Regarding your concerns, our pumps have been a source of consternation for us as they require being opened before inserting into the bottle, which can leave customers feeling like they do not work. These pumps are being phased out on our next production, thanks to feedback like yours. As for a bottle that was only 3/4 full, we would have been more than willing to correct this error immediately had it been brought to our attention upon receipt of the product. We cannot assure errors won't happen but we can promise we will always do our best to fix them when they do.

My dog grew 2 cm of hair on her ears in just 1 month — EARS!!! 🐶✨
I’ve been massaging oil into them 2–3 times a week, and that’s it. No fancy extras, just our regular routine.
The results are seriously promising!
I’m sticking with this method until we’ve got enough length to shape things up again ✂️💪
oh Anna! We love the T-clip! it's such a beautiful way to show a coated, but muscular view of a poodle...sorry it didn't go well in competition but we are SUPER excited that at least hair is growing quickly enough for you to change things up! Keep us posted!
My friend who shows and grooms dogs including her standard poodle for AKC competitions turned me on to doglyness for my S poodle. I am loathe to try any other product. My girl never gets a mat. I wish I had this product when she still had her puppy hair. It matted so easily. I started using it when she was 11 months old (still some puppy hair). It cut down grooming time in half. So worth it. She is so soft and beautiful everyone wants to touch her.
It’s pricey but I’ve learned how to be conservative. (Follow dilution directions, don’t over-dilute. ) I “squeegee” the water off her body with my hands before I Pat the diluted shampoo all over her body. That way it’s not over-diluted. Then I rub it in. 2 shampoos. Then conditioner. “ Squeegee” off the water. Light dilution also with the conditioner. Let shampoo and conditioner sit on the hair for five minutes. I talk to my girl about the beautiful botanical that are soaking in and she loves to hear about it. We have our mommy and me moment. She knows she is beautiful. We have our spa day every two weeks. I use a professional dog hair dryer (a must for a poodle!) (sorry about the last photo- could not get it deleted)

This line is amazing! I was test running the set to see if I’d like to use it when I open my own salon. I’ve never gotten such quality from a shampoo and conditioner before. The dog is so soft even when it’s wet after the bath. I let some conditioner sit on a hot spot during the bath and was noticeably less inflamed after.

In preparation for a little poodle‘s arrival, the shampoo is ready - and what can I say? I‘m using it myself now and it‘s great!!!! I‘m so excited to bathe the poodlegirl with it.
I just love all the Doglyness products. I must say that this is my latest favorite add-on. I live in a hot and dry climate that really can pull the moisture out of the coats, especially harsher and coarser ones. Adding 4 spritz into to their leave-in conditioner mix, has really made a huge difference!

I am a hot yoga addict and I love this mat for a no slip practice, no matter how much I sweat! I was shopping for my pup but decided to spoil myself too & try this mat out because my old mat was hurting. I am so stoked I did. I have a new favorite! Plus, I can use it when I groom my dog at home - double value!! Major dog mom score!
The product its self is fonderful but the bottle always breaks, there comes cracks and the product leaks out, and also the pumps are really bad, also breaks easily

Smells absolutely divine, recently used it for the first time on my standard poodle and even when diluted quite a lot I noticed a big difference to my previous conditioner, the coat was looking shiny and amazing. I’ll definitely be trying out the shampoo too once mine runs out!
Picking up my Standard Poodle puppy in one week👏 can’t wait to use the shampoo and conditioner. Saw this product used in a grooming class I took and decided I would use it on my new puppy. This product can be out of badge it for some grooming salon, , but let’s talk about time consuming. It will save you a lot of water and drying time. Right now only using oat conditioner for each and every customer.
The conditioner is gorgeous! Foams nicely when mixing with water, beautifully nursing my poodles hair. Although I was a little disappointed when I’ve opened the package and the crisps which fills the box with my order weren’t water dissolving, but made of some kind of styrofoam.

Just to clarify with the filling in our packages, part of a healthy circular economy is to reuse products that are already in circulation, meaning, the stuffing we use in our boxes is refuse from larger manufacturers that we have been able to repurpose for our packages instead of letting them go to waste. Even one more use for these types of products keeps them out of the landfill for just a little bit longer.
